Spa Facilities
Book a spa treatment of a minimum of R250.00, and you may use all the luxurious spa facilities available at De Oude Kraal Day Spa.
A day spa fee of R100 per person will be charged if guest have not booked any spa treatments. Meals and beverages are available at an additional cost.
Jacuzzi
Jacuzzi experience is classified as spa hydro therapy, which means that it is a method of healing through water and an important part of our spa experience.
It increases the metabolism, eases tension in muscles and joints, and relieves aches and pains. It is beneficial to use the Jacuzzi before a massage or any other spa treatment, as it warms up your body, creating a sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
Sauna
There are many benefits of sauna:
- It increases the body's temperature, increases blood and lymph circulation, as well as heart rate.
