De Oude Kraal has a Conference Venue that seats twenty delegates. This Bloemfontein Conference Center facility is ideal for Conferences, product launches, group incentive rewards and seminars.

A garden facing patio accessible through large glass doors enables Conference delegates to enjoy break time refreshments outdoors. The Conference venue provides an area suitable for displays and branding opportunities.

Conference Venue Packages:

• The 24 Hour Conference Package:  includes overnight accommodation and a full English breakfast. The Conference venue package also includes a full day’s Conference venue hire from 8am to 5pm and standard conference equipment.
  Tea, coffee and freshly baked scones will be served on arrival and mid-morning. It also includes a buffet lunch and mid afternoon tea. For dinner, a five course gourmet meal will be served.
   
• The Day Conference Package: includes tea, coffee and freshly baked scones on arrival and mid-morning. It also includes a buffet lunch and mid afternoon tea. Conference Venue hire and standard conferencing equipment are also included.
   
• Business and Pleasure Package: Conference delegates have exclusive use of the award winning Spa and hydrotherapy gardens on any week day, it also includes lunch.

This Conference venue package can be taken as half or full day. The business and pleasure package affords you the best of worlds, work and relaxation during the conference.
